Mountain Valley Property was founded in 1987 by Cynthia K. Hammond. While serving as manager of Sugarloaf’s ski school, Hammond saw that resort homeowners had few options available to them for condominium association and property management services. Beginning as a one-person business, MVP now employs a full-time staff of 12 experienced professionals and a large number of part-time, seasonal staff

With clients ranging from the individual homeowner to condo associations, MVP currently manages 21 condominium associations and many private homes, totaling over 800 units.
